Chris graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Connecticut State University and an Exercise Physiology certification from ACSM. After receiving his degree, he worked at various gyms teaching classes as well as doing one on one personal training before eventually moving to Seattle. Growing up, Chris played just about every team sport possible and even though those days are over, he is still extremely active. Whether it is putting in time at the gym, pick-up basketball games or playing the drums, being able to move freely and pain free is very important and plays a large role in his training style.
In the past Chris has worked with clients to train for hikes, marathons, sports and other activities by utilizing high intensity interval training for agility and endurance as well as activity-specific strength and mobility exercises. His sessions will help you to breakdown movements to help you reach your potential for your sport or activity important to your daily fitness life.
