Bayeshan was introduced to yoga by her Modern Dance professor in college as a way to strengthen and train the body. The clarity and peace she felt after that first yoga practice kept Bayeshan returning to the mat day after day.
Since receiving her 500-Hour RYT in 2009, Bayeshan’s personal practice and teachings have been inspired by the principles of non-attachment and compassion. She believes these concepts are essential ingredients for a balanced life. Drawing from traditional yogic philosophies and alignment-based approach to movement, Bayeshan offers a safe and joyful practice for students to find their way into balance.
Bayeshan is thankful for being welcomed into the Ballard Health Club community, and is excited to share all the gems that she has gathered form her years of practice and teaching with new friends!
