Lisa Rider: Group Fitness Instructor
Lisa Rider is a Group Fitness Instructor who grew up in the Seattle area. She most recently taught classes at LAFitness in Ballard for 4 years, teaching a mix of Boot Camp, Dumbell Weightlifting, and Spin classes.
Lisa enjoys working out and motivating others to stay fit. She is a cyclist (both mountain and road), swimmer, runner, skier, snowboarder, obsessive paddle boarder and dog walker who believes movement is crucial to happiness and personal fulfillment.
