David’s deepest intention: make each moment unforgettable. He brings that intention to each class and his work with clients. His fascination with the human body, mind, and spirit developed after years immersed in academia. He worked in research and medicine during his undergraduate and graduate studies at Maryville College, Tufts University, and Bastyr University. During the last 5+ years, he has integrated meditation, mindfulness, and personality into his movement classes.
David’s training and experience includes yoga, hypnotherapy, meditation, strength and conditioning, cross-country trail running, massage therapy, nutrition, and health coaching. He’s even studied at the school of hard knocks. He’ll show you what’s possible for your health and well-being when you connect to your heart and soul.
