Yoga Classes:
all levels viniyoga
Viniyoga is a highly adaptable form of yoga that focuses on how each individual body expresses the yoga poses. There is always options for students to work at more gentle or strong level. This class is supportive for people with injuries or limited range of motion as poses can be adapted to suit the students needs. This class is for all bodies and all ages, for the beginner and the seasoned practitioner.
Flow Yoga
This is a Vinyasa style yoga class that links posture and breath together within a series of sequential movements. This process generates heat in the body and helps to build muscular strength and better flexibility. Yoga experience is helpful.
gentle flow/ restoratives
This class includes gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation, and simple movements to increase range of motion. There will be longer held poses using bolsters, blocks and straps.
Iron yoga
Balancing strength training and the thousand year old tradition of yoga asana, this class is for both the novice and experienced yogi. The yogic combination of breath and mindfulness along with the repetition of resistance training will create better body awareness, physical and mental well being and strengthen and tone your upper body.
Open Yoga
This is a Hatha style yoga class in an open level class format. The focus is on supporting you as you go deeper into your practice of Yoga. You will work on poses, breathing and being in your body as you move at your own level. Some yoga experience is helpful.
Power Yoga
Build strength, flexibility, balance and grace through Ashtanga style yoga. This is a challenging workout and some yoga experience is recommended.
restoratives/nidra
Class begins with some gentle movement followed by stillness and guided meditation. This class is designed for those of you who have been asking for more Savasana (yogic sleep.)
Yoga Basics
This is a Hatha style yoga for beginners. This class moves slowly, breaking down poses and working on proper body alignment and breathing techniques. No experience needed.
Yoga Basics ll
This Hatha style yoga class is the next step up from Yoga Basics. This class moves more quickly while still focusing on proper body alignment and breathing techniques. Some experience is helpful.
Yoga/Core
Flow style yoga with a focus on core strength and stability. This class works on fluid grace, breath and overall flexibility. Light weights are used to access the core.

This challenging but accessible practice incorporates movements from classical yoga,calisthenics, and body therapy that explores every micro-region of your body’s anatomy; systematically and intelligently priming your body, mind, and spirit
Yoga Wind Down
This is our end of the weekend wind down class. Come and do an hour of invigorating yet relaxing poses and start the week out right.
