Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness class is high intensity cardio with modification options for all levels. From today's top hits, old school classics and music from around the world, there is something for everyone. With easy to follow steps you will get a fun and great 60 minute workout.

PomSquad™

PomSquad™ Fitness combines cardio, strength-training, and choreography in a high-energy class that caters to all fitness and skill levels. In class we dance to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites with a variety of fun choreography, while adding an extra element of fun by using pom-poms throughout! With ample options for modifications, all participants get a full-body workout while dancing as a part of the squad.

Zumba®

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
