MJ has her yoga teaching certification through The Yoga Tree with Theresa Elliott and has a Pilates Mat certification. She is ACE certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has recently received her certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a certified personal trainer.
