Here at the Ballard Health Club, all classes are included with membership. We have about 45 classes to choose from. The classes are on a first come-first served basis. With all the classes you should know that if you can’t make it through a whole class, you are not a failure, but you should try to keep coming back and work up to being able to stay for the whole time.  You can let the instructor know that you are leaving class because you can’t make it through the whole thing or you can just leave but make sure that you cool down first by walking around and stretching before you head out.
